What is beCause?

Shop with Cause with beCausegoods.com, an online marketplace featuring Cause-based shopping.  All net proceeds will be donated to Causes furthering essential human rights. 

Tell me more about the donations – how much and to whom?

Unlike most Cause-based shopping where only a small portion (usually 5% or less) is donated, beCausegoods.com is committed to donating the entirety of our net proceeds (approximately 30% of all sales) to essential human rights Causes.  

Shop often, shop generously, and shop with Cause.

Our Causes?  Supporting Women’s rights and reproductive health via NARAL and Planned Parenthood.  Fighting for equal rights and dignity for all via the ACLU.  Stopping the scary rise of hate speech via the Southern Poverty Law Center.  And helping to elect leaders who support these Causes via Emily’s List.

How quickly do items ship?

We will get your goods out to you as quickly as possible, pending our credit card processing procedure, usually by the end of the business day following the day you place your order.  Expedited orders received by 1:00 pm EST on a business day will ship out that same day. 

What is your return policy?

Of course, we want you to be content with items you purchase from beCausegoods.com, and we’re happy to accept returns on items that just don’t work.

ALL merchandise for returns MUST be in original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags attached.  In the case of home items, any protective shipping materials must be included.

To request a return, please email us at info@beCausegoods.com within 5 days of receiving your item stating the reason for your return.  We’ll then follow up with an RA# and the details on where to ship the items.  All returns must be received within 2 weeks of the date of purchase.

As part of our customer service, we’re offering free ground shipping on all items, but since we’re trying to control our costs to donate as much as possible, you’ll be responsible for all costs of shipping the returns back to us.   

Please note, that all jewelry items are FINAL SALES.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not follow these procedures and standards.
